As we stand on the threshold of 2026, it’s the perfect time to pause, breathe, and look forward with intention.

Happy Holidays, everyone!

As the twinkling lights begin to dim and the scent of pine lingers in the air, I find myself in that quiet, magical space between the years. It’s a season for cozy blankets, hot cocoa, and—my personal favorite—soulful reflection.

As we prepare to turn the page to 2026, I’ve been thinking a lot about what it means to truly grow. Reflection isn't just about looking at what we checked off our to-do lists; it’s about looking at who we became in the process. This year, I want us to move beyond the pressure of "New Year, New Me" and instead embrace "New Year, More Me."

How Will We Grow and Reflect?

To step into 2026 with clarity, we have to look back with kindness. Ask yourself:

What brought me the most peace this year? What did I learn about my own resilience? Reflecting allows us to leave behind the habits that felt heavy and carry forward the sparks that lit us up. Growth in 2026 isn't about being perfect; it’s about being intentional. It’s about choosing "the next right thing" rather than trying to overhaul our entire lives by January 2nd.

3 Ways to Make 2026 Your Best Year Yet

If you’re ready to make this upcoming year a masterpiece of balance and joy, here are three actionable ways to start:

* Swap Resolutions for Intentions

   Instead of a rigid goal like "lose 10 pounds," try an intention like "I intend to move my body in ways that feel like a celebration, not a chore." Intentions focus on the feeling and the journey, making them much more sustainable (and kinder!) than a pass/fail resolution.

* Practice "Micro-Habits"

   The secret to a "best year" is often found in the smallest moments. Don’t try to read 50 books; try to read 5 pages before bed. Don’t try to master meditation; try 3 deep breaths before you check your phone in the morning. Small wins build the momentum that leads to big transformations.

* Audit Your Energy, Not Just Your Time

   We often track our schedules, but we rarely track our energy. In 2026, pay attention to which activities and people leave you feeling charged and which leave you drained. Making it your "best year" means saying a polite no to the things that dim your light so you have space for the things that make you glow.

I am so grateful to have you all on this journey with me. May your holidays be filled with warmth and your 2026 be filled with wonder.
